But do you really think black people will vote for McCain? I truly believe they will vote for their own kind more so than white people which is wrong on all levels, but the truth. I think most of them feel their race has been shorted here and thats how they can justify that. I do not think that is the right way to vote. Yes, they will vote for him because he is Black and they have been brainwashed to believe somehow Blacks are owed something. The fact that his African heritage was not only never slaves in America and that his Arab heritage was the dominant slave traders in Africa seems to have been lost in this election. I personally know white people who have told me they will vote for Obama because they feel it is time for a black president in spite of the fact they do not believe he is as qualified as McCain

Some will even vote based on non-issue based decisions...but I think it's pretty insulting to "white people" in general to assume that the only thing that will matter is the color of his skin. whether their voting against him or for him.
Personally, I'm still undecided, but leaning towards Obama....not because I think I owe the black man anything, but because Obama has the better overall package deal. And where McCain is weak, are areas that I think matter the most right now....
Of course, that isn't the hate-filled answer that such a question is really asking for, but it's the truth. Like it or not.
what does skin color have to do with it!
Yes.
I think people vote in their own best interest. I'm voting for Obama because I'm tired of paying tribute to the rich (corporate welfare, no bid contracts for Halliburton to do nothing) so I want the taxes I pay to rebuild infrastructure and invest in job-producing R&D.
Perhaps black people will vote for Obama because it is in their best interest to do so, but you should ask them.
