I had great esteem for Alienware, but now Im really dissapointed with them. When they put their opinion out there on a new OS, people listen.

Those are upgrades. They will ship the computer to you with whatever upgrades you choose installed.
1st of all this question is kinda dumb. OF COURSE THEY PUT THEM TOGETHER.
2nd What are your intention for your computer? Are you planning to play Crysis or COD4 on your computer? Are you web browsing.
