2. Avoid ordinary table salt and replace it with Iodized Sea Salt.

3. Avoid refined (white) sugar &/ sweeteners and replace with raw cane sugar &/ honey (including pastries, soda, candy, cereal, etc.).

4. Avoid processed foods & fast foods (including most foods that come in boxes or cans ie. canned vegetables/ fruit/ sauces, etc., and boxed rice, just add water meals, etc.) and replace them with all natural, organic foods. Look for items that come in bottles and jars instead. Also, avoid using microwaves- cook and heat your food using stoves, ovens, grills, griddles, crock-pots, etc.

5. Avoid meat/ fish that are scavengers, high in cholesterol, or high in sodium (pork, excessive amounts of beef, catfish, shellfish, etc.) and replace with greater amounts of poultry, and (wild) scaled fish.

6. Do a variety of cardio exercises 30 minutes daily 3-5 times weekly; and a variety of toning 30 min daily 2-3 times weekly (ask a health care professional what your target heart rate is and how to track it). If you are short on time, walk during your breaks at work, do leg raises while brushing your teeth, use a full 20 oz water bottle for biceps curls while on the phone. The bottom line is, be creative and work you work out into your routine.

7. Drink ½ gallon + of water daily (also drink all natural juice- no sugar added, in addition to your water intake). Soda, punch, fruit drinks, alcohol, etc. will not help you reach your goals.

8. Eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner. You have to get that metabolism going in the morning. So, get up a few minutes earlier and get a healthy breakfast ready! Help yourself to preplanned nutritious snacks 2x daily (no excessive amounts of calories, sodium, sugar, cholesterol, or fat) - if you take a healthy snack with you, you won’t be so tempted by the vending machine!

9. Do a full body cleanse (including colon, kidney, liver, parasite and gall bladder) once every 6 months (ask a health food store employee, for recommendations of a kit, or visit my website and email me for my personal recommendations). You may even notice instant weight loss after a good healthy cleanse.

10. When you follow the above steps, treat yourself to one small treat (if you’d like) only on the weekend, laugh, have fun, try to remain stress free (practice stress relieving activities as often as necessary).
