home, it had turned 37,000. i didnt drive the car for a 2003-11-29 Atlanta, GA. Brake pedal goes all the way to the floor with little to no effort.

I have got a Toyota,XA 2006 car that got a 5k to 7k damage (This damage is rough estimate ... I did not get a mechanic yet to evaluate it) on an accident. The car is on Liability only insurance. I am trying to get out of this story with least loss possible. What can I do:
