Well - I cannot see that you say where you will be hosting them so it is hard to know what kind of beers would be available.
Generally speaking, most Swedes has a rather bad taste in beer. So any pale lager would probably do. Just tell them it is a "stor stark" (big strong) and they would feel right at home - assuming they are like 95% of Swedes and have no real beer taste. If on the other hand you assume that this group of Swedes belong to the 5% that appreciate good beer and that you are in the US I might have some obvious recommendations. These would include but not be limited to Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, Left Hand adn Dogfish head breweries. (That was easy :-) )
For vodka - give them whatever you find but they do tend to be rather proud of the Absolut vodka brand, even if that now is a French brand.
