When FreeAirmiles.com started a few weeks ago it was possible to earn 10 miles per add, later they droped it til 7 and now its down to 5..
It not just the lower points per click, they don't even have enough opportunities to reach 50 points a day. They obviously have the right to make whatever changes they want to the site. At the same time however, users have the right to decide that it is no longer worth the trouble. Unless it changes soon, I'll just cash in my points and pass on this site. This is really no surprise from this bunch.
First it was advertised as 500 miles per day, 50 miles per click.
Then 250 day, 25 miles per click.
The site finally opens, and its 100 max per day, 10 per click. Then 9 per click. Then 7 per click.
As of today, it is a MAX of 4 miles per click.
AND REMEMBER THIS, FOLKS: these are NOT frequent flyer miles as you know them--they are "free air miles"--a currency of their own, whose value has yet to be determained execpt for a few gift certificates.
Mark my word...IF this site stay up, people will click and click and click, aiming toward some airline ticket goal of, say, 25000 "free air miles". When enough people get close to that mark, the number required will either go up or the site will go down.
This site has had WAY too many unfulliled promises. I sent them an e-mail today and have bailed out. Fly For Free:: If You want to Travel across the USAor See What's on the other Side of the Ocean. . I have about four days to reach the $25 gift certificate level and I think I'll cash out and wait for the site to improve. It is time-consuming and getting to be more of a time-hog with the reduced point opportunities. Two weeks ago I averaged about 7 minutes to get 107 points and today it took nearly twice that to get 84 points.
I e-mailed them today as well, after giving up around point #50 for the day. What a pain!

Looks like they're going down already...that was quick..I e-mailed them..let's see what they say. If this continues...I'm gone.

I've also sent them an email regarding their points per click and their max per day. I think they're going to lose visitors in a big way if they make it this time-consuming and frustrating to amass any miles in a resonable amount of time.

Time..... is on my side.
I'm shocked. (Not.)
