I'm making individual pot pies and want to freeze them. My ? is, should I freeze them uncooked or should I cook them before freezing for later use? Thanks in advance.
I also would freeze them uncooked. Cooking them would limit the time you could bake them frozen, and would most likely go soggy if you defrosted them first.
