The above sites are describing a scam to fleece advertisers of the money they pay to sites for click throughs, or am I reading this wrong? If you hit an advertisers site only for the purpose of generating revenues for the originating page's owner, and that page's owner is paying you a percentage of the profit - it is basically fraud and I wouldn't be surprised to see this type of activity to be specifically forbidden in future contracts.
