I've been looking for a good CMS for a while, and I've noticed a lot
that have the following part in the URL: default2.asp?active_page_id=
, and all the sites are varied pretty good
I searched Google for inurl:default2.asp?active_page_id= , but I can't
find the CMS.
Does anyone know what CMS this is?

Had a look around the site and found references to Web 904 and l
checked out the site map of the worksiteservices.com and found a login
to the CMS that they use which is provided by Web904. The login URL is
below:
http://www.worksiteservices.net/default_login.asp
The web904 webdesign firm looks like they have development their own
CMS to use for their own clients which isn't a bad idea and have seen
done before.
If your having a look for a CMS have a look at Mambo or Drupal.

I typed in your default2.asp?active_page_id= with out the url
designation a followed one site through its partners and ended up at
Hyperwave.

resulted in the site design be cobnet http://www.cobent.com/
cobnet's partners included http://www.axcelia.com/
axcelia's partners included http://www.hyperwave.com/e/ and they seem
to be the ones providing: http://www.hyperwave.com/e/products/
which leads to:http://www.hyperwave.com/e/products/eki.html
Now..truth be told I don't even know what a asp is but check out that
last link and see if this might be a product of interest!
of course the same google search lead me to

guys claim to: Metrocomia specialises in offering easy to use robust
content management systems for a wide scale client base.
so...can we really tell just by the
default2.asp?active_page_id=...probably not... I would still try

I'm not sure I can directly answer your question but .asp is an active
server page. A microsoft technology using server side scripting to
generate html to send to the viewers browser. ASP is quite dated not
and has been supersceded by ASP.NET. Websites written in ASP.NET will
have an .aspx extension.
