Site Targeting
This is a great feature that allows you to choose where you want your content ad to display, sort off. When you start a new campaign, all you have to do is select site targeted instead of keyword targeted. You will then be prompted to set up you ad preferences. Every thing is the same as normal. However, instead of adding your keywords, this time you are given three options.
Browser Categories:
This section allows you to search through the Adwords categories manually. You select your general topic, which then opens up into sub categories. Once you select your sub category, a list of related website will appear that you can select from.

You will have to pay your bid amount per every thousand impression when using the site targeting. In my opinion its still worth testing it for yourself.
